Today we learned new information on the amazing country of New Zealand!

  2. New Zealand has 602 islands!!! Has over 4,000 lakes.I already new that New Zealand has glow worms that live in caves. I wonder what food they eat and have? I also wonder how long it would take you by plane???

  4. I learned that they have 600 other tiny islands!!! There they have snow topped mountains and [on the video they said endless] coasts!!! They have lots of birds, sharks, dolphins, lizards, and more animals!!! The people of New Zealand are trying to protect the beauty and nature of New Zealand!! I already know they have glow worms that live in caves ad its called the kiwi country because they call people "kiwis", they have lots of kiwi fruits, and kiwi birds!! I also know about the south constellation on there flag and in the sky! I wonder if you could ski on the mountains.

  5. I learned that New Zealand has 4,000 lakes and over 80 volcanoes! I also learned that New Zealand's flag has part of the British flag. I wonder what type of animals are on the other islands?

  7. I think a cool fact is that they grow Kiwi fruit and they have some people called Kiwis and they have some flightless birds called Kiwis.Another cool fact is that the tallest mountain there is 12,349 feet tall!

  9. I leaned that NewZealand has 600 mountans!!! over 4,000 lakes. I know that New Zealand has glow worms that live in caves!!!!! I wonder if glow worms help the inviermint?

  10. New Zealand is more than 1,000 miles. I also learned that there are 3 types of volcanos. One of them is called, Taupo . I learned that there are 602 island in New Zealand.I learned that New Zealand is only made of islands. I know that there are glow worm caves and the glow worms are called larvae. New Zealand has 80 volcanoes.

  12. I learned New Zealand has no land snakes. The only poisonous thing there is one type of spider. I know New Zealand is called kiwi-land because they grow kiwis, the people are called kiwis, and they have the flightless kiwi bird.

  17. New Zealand has three types of main volcanoes. They also have 602 different islands! There is no land snakes! There is only one type of spider that is poisonous.
