Who dunnit?

Think about the book we are reading for read-aloud, The Great Shelby Holmes by Elizabeth Eulber.  After interviewing the Lacy family, Shelby is making a list of possible suspects based on all the evidence that she has gathered.  Here is a list of the people she suspects took Tamra's dog, Daisy:

I had a wonderful time listening to the fourth graders give their Living History speeches! 
As I was listening, my brain was surfing for new learning and fun facts. Also, I noticed that many of the famous people featured demonstrated many of the stances such as flexibility, persistence, empathy, resilience and optimism that lead to their successes.

We had wonderful Pioneer Hour sharing our Westward Expansion projects on Monday! I am curious. What was your favorite activity that we did during this unit? Was is creating your family, journaling, reading Joshua and Hattie's journals, making butter, or brain tracking?
