What are you most excited about for Field Day?

We had wonderful Pioneer Hour sharing our Westward Expansion projects  on Monday ! I am curious. What was your favorite activity that we did during this unit? Was is creating your family, journaling, reading Joshua and Hattie's journals, making butter, or brain tracking?  Please give a detailed explanation about what you liked most and WHY!  Maybe you'll influence how we explore pioneer life next year!
